MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Production Associate III, for a client located in Phoenix, AZ., USA. Our client is a well-known healthcare technology and organization seeking bright, tech-savvy talent.
Experience Level: One or more years of manufacturing experience with assembling with the microscope, working with small fragile parts. Lamination, Clean Room Experience, Small Part Assembly
Nice to Have Skills: Machining experience, Assembly experience.
Schedule/Hours: 2nd shift, 2nd shift (2:15 PM – 10:45 PM) (30 min unpaid lunch) - candidates may be required to train on 1st shift. Will transfer to 2nd after training is completed.

- They need to clean room experience or controlled environment, ability to handle small, delicate parts (lamination) and ability to multi-tasks and pick of tools weighing 25 pounds or less
- Qualifications- Manufacturing Experience, Small part experience, Laminating experience, Clean Room Experience, Machining such as dicing or grinding experience, A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred

- The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, machine operations and shipping of transducers and probes to internal and external customers.
- Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintains daily production output.
- Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
- Participates in quality control inspections when required.
- Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
- May assist with training peers when required
Quality Specific Goals:
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns
- Training:
- Aware of and comply with GEHC training requirements,
- Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation, non-conforming and; rework documentation requirements and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specification.
- Aware of and comply with Stop Work and Good Documentation procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
- One or more years of manufacturing experience with assembling with microscope, working with small fragile parts
- Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
- Ability to perform machine operations and utilize tooling for small part assembly
- Demonstrated ability to use basic math skills when measuring small parts
- Demonstrated experience with the use of cleaning solvents such as Acetone, Alcohol etc.
- Demonstrated experience/ knowledge with the use of rubber silicone (RTV) and Epoxies.
- One or more years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Ability to train for 4 weeks by computer and on the job training through side-by-side coaching.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
