Who We're Looking For
Bailey & Galyen is looking for a Family Law attorney to support the Mansfield Office, who is authorized to assist in the resolution of family law matters involving children. In addition, we are looking for someone who is also experienced in handling large community estates as well as complex child custody cases. Schedule hours are primarily 8a-5p, Monday - Friday with occasional weekend and after-hours projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Play a critical part by helping clients as a strong and effective advocate for our clients handling all aspects of family law, such as divorce, child custody and child support.
What You Bring
The full time Family Law Attorney will have 3-5 years of experience assisting clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years family law experience
- Active member of State Bar
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
