We are on the lookout for a dedicated and exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take a leadership role in our clinic. In this pivotal position, you'll not only perform the core responsibilities of a Licensed Behavior Analyst, such as conducting behavioral assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, and steering the implementation of interventions for people with developmental disabilities, but also assume a supervisory role over our clinic's operations.
Your duties will extend to:
- Executing comprehensive functional assessments of behavior and tailoring bespoke treatment plans.
- Leading the oversight and strategic direction of behavior intervention plans, ensuring their effective implementation and providing ongoing mentorship and instruction to our team of behavior technicians.
- Fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to guarantee integrated and all-encompassing care for the individuals we serve.
- Vigilantly monitoring the impact of treatments, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Diligently maintaining precise and current records and documentation to uphold our high standards of accountability and transparency.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A valid BCBA certification, reflecting your mastery and commitment to excellence in the field of behavior analysis.
- A master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of enriched experience directly supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, showcasing your depth of knowledge and empathy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication ability, ensuring clear and constructive exchanges with colleagues, clients, and their families.
