Inside Sales Support
Job Summary:
As the Inside Sales Support, you will be entrusted with supporting our house corporate accounts and the outside Regional Sales Managers with order management. Your job will be providing the highest level of customer service quality to all our accounts daily. You will be the face of Boss Products – assuring we are meeting deadlines, communicating in a timely manner, and collaborating with not just our external stakeholders, but our internal departments to meet customer needs. This incredibly rewarding role must be excellent with people at their best and worst while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Major Duties:
· Supporting the outside Regional Managers with all order fulfillments, order management, related projects, and other tasks.
· Provide quality communication and follow up to customers about Orders and Shipments.
· Managing and maintaining company sales accounts within the Company’s Inventory & Accounting system, ensuring the set-up and maintenance is timely and accurate.
· Assisting in handling the input of direct sales order requests and drop shipments.
· Delivering to customers a world-class customer experience including accurate and consistent communication.
· Assure all necessary communication loops are closed or passed on accordingly in the correct order for follow-up.
· Maintain accurate records and provide soft collection on accounts when necessary.
· Tracking all customer requests, setting timelines, and holding all internal and external customers accountable for meeting deadlines.
· Ensuring all shipment requirements are completed and communicated to the Warehouse and Logistics Boss Team for order fulfillment within given time constraints.

Education and Experience:
· Associate Degree in Business or similar discipline; Preferred
· Experience in distribution or manufacturing; Preferred
· One (1) year experience in inside sales or customer service field; Required
· High School Diploma; Required
Preferred Software Knowledge:
· Inventory Management System(s) – Fishbowl, Oracle
· Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive
· QuickBooks Desktop (or similar)
· Knowledgeable regarding VOIP phone operating systems
· CRM – Salesforce, NetSuite, Etc.…
