Job Summary:
We are a family-owned company seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team! In this role you'll oversee daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain an organized office environment
- Bookkeeping knowledge required, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, bank deposits, bank statement reconciliations
- Pleasant phone manner, timely follow up to emails, foster customer relationships
- Scheduling, maintain work calendar, track technician's hours and projects
- Assist technicians with setup and troubleshooting of communication devices (will train)
- Apply for project permits
- Schedule inspections with fire departments and electrical inspectors
- May include occasional travel to job site for product or assist with inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Full Time Weekdays 8am - 4pm
