Primary responsibility:
The Performance Manager is the primary contact between the client and Staffing’s associates on the production floor. The Performance Manager is the key to the success of the account. The duties and responsibilities listed below are to be performed without exception and to the highest degree of excellence possible. The Performance Manager is required to maintain the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of fulfilling their duty to client, associates and employer.
Performance Manager:

Primary responsibility: The primary duty of the Performance Manager is to ensure the overall success of the account by driving and maintaining associates’ performance in both productivity and quality and executing the client’s strategic plan, maximizing account efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Attend account implementation meetings daily
2. Troubleshoot client management workforce concerns
3. Work with the Account Manager to staff the client personnel requests & recruit as necessary.
4. Schedule personnel forecast meetings with the Account Manager and client management
5. Work with Account Manager in associate orientations – policies, procedures, safety, job shadowing and assessment inside the production floor.
6. Perform training based on training matrix and standard operating procedures
7. Be primary communication contact with associates on all production and quality issues related to production.
8. Perform on-site risk management
9. Monitor arrival time and attendance of associates
11. Monitor associate work areas for safety & cleanliness
12. Monitor associate production efficiency & quality
13. Perform associate performance evaluations & reviews
14. Complete and communicate daily performance & attendance data updates
15. Complete & submit all reports, forms, and requests as required
16. Update client-specific procedures in the [Client]’s operating procedures manual
17. Comply & conform to [Client’s] operating procedures manual
18. Assure adequate & visible on-floor presence (95% floor time)
19. Arrive on floor minimum of 30 minutes prior to shift start
20. Make final end-of-shift inspection of floor areas
21. Make prompt management decisions on people issues related to production
22. Promptly & adequately communicate problems to Staffing management.
23. Train line leads & hold accountable to latest job description and responsibilities
24. Revise and follow latest management plan of jobsite
25. Maintain and post productivity records at end of shift
26. Client-specific responsibilities as communicated by client
27. Plant Manager experience is a plus
28. Bi-lingual written and oral communication skills is a HUGE plus
29. Food/production/manufacturing experience is preferred
30. Must be well equipped and able to perform duties in a refrigerated and wet environment.
*MUST be willing and able to be flexible to work all shifts when necessary
*MUST be willing and able to work overtime and weekends if necessary (16 hour days possible)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
