Refining our ideal partner profiles, and engage in market research to find additional partner types, including eCommerce platforms, retail technology providers, industry associations, and complementary SaaS companies.
Collaborating with the Partner Lead to design partner processes and programs, including finding, signing, supporting, and training partners.
Designing effective partner co-marketing campaigns and materials with the help of marketing.
Work to define optimal referral commissions and a deal registration protocol.
Managing your own partnerships, ensuring you are driving substantial revenue from these relationships.
Participating in marketing activities aimed to share our product with potential partners.
Work with product to facilitate technology partnerships.
Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes creating a partnership roadmap, setting clear goals, and defining success metrics.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners. Act as the main point of contact, addressing partner inquiries and concerns promptly.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to leverage partnerships for revenue growth, product enhancements, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities that give our company a competitive edge.
