Our family-owned SUD treatment program is growing and we're seeking Licensed Practical or Registered Nurses that are passionate about working with people seeking recovery.
Ethos Recovery Clinic provides integrated services for individuals seeking relief from opioid use. We utilize approved medication-assisted therapies and harm reduction approaches combined with behavioral change therapies to achieve the individualized goals of those we serve. We offer a casual, supportive, team-oriented work environment with competitive salaries.
Our Nursing staff will provide support to clients through medication administration, assessing before and after dosing, and maintaining accurate documentation of client’s medical record. Experience in MAT/harm reduction setting is preferred but not required.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Administer medications for the treatment of Opioid use disorder.
2. Observe and assess clients before and after medication administration.
3. Provide health consultation services to clients and clinical staff within scope of practice.
4. Participates in agency staff meetings and trainings.
5. Utilizes the agency EHR system.
6. Provide care coordination of services between clients and medical clinics.
7. Comply with client confidentiality and HIPPA requirements.
8. Collect urine samples and document the findings in client’s chart
9. Maintain a professional relationship with clients while following a strict code of ethics.
10. Provide Mantoux tests to program staff as needed.
Requirements:
o Must be licensed in good standing as an RN or LPN in the state of Minnesota.
o Must obtain and maintain required continuing education units and training.
o Knowledge of MN State Statute Chapter 245G and its application to the program and company’s policy and procedures, or ability to obtain knowledge after hire;
o At least 1 year experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse problems preferred.
o Excellent computer skills including experience with using electronic health records.
o Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Must be able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
o One year free of any problems associated with substance use.
o Physical demands for the job include sitting for extended periods of time, lifting (max 10 pounds), bending, and reaching.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm Rotating Saturdays 6am-3pm
