- 3 years experience in Dentistry as a front office coordinator
- Expert on dental software(Eaglesoft a plus), treatment planning, PPO billing, and financial arrangements
- Experience on how to schedule a dental practice to goal
- Modify and updating systems and procedures to insure optimum service to patients, the practice and employees
- Sociable and able to build rapport easily. Ready to bring massive value to our practice and patients
- Advanced speaking and presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments efficiently.
- Utilize medical administrative support skills to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Provide exceptional patient service and care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software to manage patient records and appointments effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist with front desk duties and administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting the office team.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge to communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals.
