Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled person in the Electrical Industry to oversee the day to day operations of an electrical and lighting service and construction company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical construction, estimating, project management, blueprint reading, electrical engineering, system design, project scheduling, and other related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Review project plans and specifications
- Interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with contract documents
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes
- Oversee quality control measures on-site
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
Experience:
Required:
- Proven experience in construction management (10+ years)
- Proficiency in NEC codes and schematics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Nice-to-have:
- Background in electrical engineering
- Familiarity with system design principles
