Connexus Hub is a professional services firm that works with Government Agencies and Fortune 500 customers. We are hiring a Communications and Engagement Team Lead.
Job type: W2 + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick)
Location: Remote + travel to Atlanta GA (A minimum of 1 in-person meeting per quarter with a maximum of 3)
Duties:
- Develop creative and impactful communication/engagement strategies.
- Create and deploy multi-modal communications products, tailored by audience segmentation, that demonstrate the impact of OCIO-led activities on agency and public health mission priorities.
- Evaluate communication channels and vehicles to best inform partners and collaborators.
- Provide support for partnership activities, approximately 3 per quarter. Examples of partnership activities include preparing written remarks, presentations for engagements with external partners such as State Health Departments, Non-governmental organizations, and private corporates.
- Provide ongoing strategic communication support, including expanding routine communications, for situational awareness.
- Develop and provide templates and additional materials to increase consistency across communications.
- Design and deploy employee engagement events and activities
Requirements:
- 4+ years of strategic communications and employee engagement experience, preferably with Federal Agencies.
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally.
- Be flexible and able to quickly adapt to the dynamic and evolving operating environment.
- Fully understand quality expectations and be continuous improvement oriented.
- Be a team player and be willing to take ownership for the quality of services and work products.
- Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) software and other applications applicable to assigned support service area being worked in.
- If necessary, be able to multi-task, yet be attentive to details.
