Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Todd Equipment is a family owned commercial truck dealership that has been in business since 1992. We are a proud distributor for Miller Industries Towing Equipment. We provide new and used truck sales, service, and full scale parts department.
Todd Equipment is seeking an individual to fulfill the roll of "Accounting Clerk". This position is primarily that of an accounting clerk and general office support. The primary duties include accounting data entry in the nature of bookkeeping utilizing computer-based accounting software programs and spreadsheets. Secondary tasks would including being trained on and processing dealership titling paperwork in conjunction with our third party DMV service we partner with. To include but not limited to: registration, titles, title applications, odometers, etc.
As such the position requires the following background, experience and skills:
- Familiarity with accounting entry and record keeping
- General understanding of financial statements
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Preparation of spreadsheets using Excel
- Document preparation using Word
- Data entry using Quickbooks Financial and Point of Sale software programs
Pay is DOE, Schedule is Mon-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
