Job Title: Occupational Therapist Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist Consultant to join our team on an hourly basis. As our consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping us understand and communicate the therapeutic benefits of our products, such as crash pads and sensory tents. Your expertise will also be crucial in guiding the development of new products designed to meet the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to assess and enhance the therapeutic benefits of our existing product lineup.
- Provide expert guidance on the development of new products aimed at improving the lives of neurodiverse children.
- Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy
- Assist in creating educational materials and resources related to the therapeutic use of our products.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to brainstorm and innovate new ideas for product development.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in pediatric occupational therapy, with a focus on neurodiverse populations preferred.
- Passion for improving the lives of neurodiverse children and promoting neurodiversity.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in product development or consulting is a plus.
- Having a large social media audience or experience in social media engagement is an advantage.
