Position: Call Center Agent
Schedule: Full Time; Monday - Friday; 10am-7pm after Training
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Location: 2140 Merritt Dr. Garland, TX 75041, In Office
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Being in business for over 27 years and being the #1 lighting distributor in the nation, 1000Bulbs is looking for someone to be part of our team and help us continue our success. We are currently hiring for our Customer Care Advocate position, which takes care of our residential customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls; approximately 75 + calls per day at peak season
- Provide high quality, white glove service and support to achieve and maintain rapport with customers.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Quality telephone etiquette
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient PC and MS Office skills
- Inbound/outbound customer service work experience
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
