The Customer Service position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interactions, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
Duties:
- Utilize systems information effectively while entering all customer parts orders
- Receive and handle customer requests and complaints via phone and email
- Inform customers of parts prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
- Check inventory and schedule shipment of customer orders
- Call customers when necessary to advise of shipment delays or to obtain additional information
- Check and confirm prices for customers
- Confers with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse to expedite or trace missing/ delayed shipments
- Prepare various reports for management
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, E-mail, and Windows
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Listen and remain open to others' ideas
- Time management skills
