Job Description:
Ability to lead and motivate Recruiters and Account Executives/Sales Teams
- Hold Recruiters accountable for achieving their KPIs and Goals
- Identify new Companies that should be working with Patriot Staffing
- Hire & Train recruiters
- Create strategic territory plans
- Maintain relationships with active accounts
- Implement sales strategies to achieve high performance results.
- Maintain and build client base through sales calls and other means of communication.
- Triage workload and use of available resources.
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience in Staffing Industry
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn is preferred)
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (metric driven)
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
Pay – Base Salary of $60,000 with on target earnings of $130,000,
