Responsibilities -
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Requirements -
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is a plus
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
