Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. This position offers the opportunity to work in a hospital setting, providing care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals - Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques and modalities - Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Experience: - Previous experience in hospital medicine, acute care, or orthopedics is preferred - Familiarity with trigger point therapy and pediatric care is a plus - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
