Overview:
A New York City based company that specializes in K-Beauty skincare and cosmetic products, focusing on high performance products that are not widely available in the United States. Originally established in October 2003 as an importer and distributor of FDA related products in North & South America.
Duties:
- Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations and managing support for wholesales accounts
- Executing order managements and updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory linsts using ERP and EDI
- Coordinating with the logistics team to make sure all orders are routing/shipping with the appropriate time frame
- Develop market analysis to understand competition and identify potential areas of opportunity and/or new business
- Sales meeting schedule and support during meetings
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Accounting, and online analytics
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of office management
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
