Position Profile
Working in community with other team members, the Church and Conference Coordinator (CCC) will be responsible for coordinating all matters related to all events, conferences and all other internal and external events related to the Recruitment Department. The CCC will serve as a primary resource servicing requests from church leaders and pastors, regional advocates, etc., regarding external event opportunities and a process for mission-vision counseling. This role seeks to strengthen church partnerships for mission engagement and for activities with SIM

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate appropriate services that continuously engage, support, and enhance SIM’s partner relationship with local church leadership to accomplish an efficient seamless, and healthy sending of well-prepared global workers from USA local church partners.
- Manages and coordinates all details related to online learning opportunities and other programming for partnering church pastors.
- Collaborates with the appropriate team of in-house staff to cultivate and launch online training opportunities, programming, and other appropriate content
- Oversee follow-up strategy for all church and conference events.
- Oversee 4-5 Bridge events per year that convert to long term Pre-Applications.
- Partner with various departments to develop and design new SIM “swag”
- Maintain appropriate swag orders and inventory
- Work interdepartmentally to understand ordering needs
- Work closely with Advancement team on SIM Brand development & maintain the upkeep and shipping of Literature
- Work with different fields to update medical, educational and other brochures
- Digital promotion of conferences through MailChimp
- Serve as general liaison for conference invitations and inquiries
Experience Requirements
- Successful experience working within a local church context as an administrative support to pastoral staff
Education Requirements
High School Diploma required. Seminary Degree and Theological Training preferred (or equivalent work/ education).

- Ability to handle sporadic high-demand periods during weekly events, including some weekends & out-of-town travel
