Project Manager
Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Construction Management, Civil Construction, Underground Construction, Utilities and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, goals, and objectives while adhering to deadlines and budgets

Coordinate and supervise project staff including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors

Perform on-site visits to assess progress and evaluate safety standards

Develop and implement quality control procedures

Negotiate contracts and oversee contract administration
-
Prepare and submit progress and other reports to management
-
Communicate with stakeholders on project progress, changes, and issues
-
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain safety regulations
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, and/or civil construction
-
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
-
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to travel to job sites, as needed
