Ria is looking for a motivated person who serves customers by providing good service, information, assistance, and support. We work directly with Agents, providing information for pending transactions and helping to process their transactions on time, this position also will play a key role in supporting the department’s security to mitigate fraud and our agents not being victims of fraud.
- High School diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Basic knowledge of writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service in a call center environment
- Possess experience dealing with difficult customers and remaining professional.
- The key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent phone etiquette, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends.

Salary: The base range in for this position is $16.00-$18.00. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
