As an employee of JOH, this part-time position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office tasks in accordance with JOH’s policies and procedures. This person should develop positive working relationships, convey a willingness to help JOH associates, while projecting a professional image at all times.
This position is in the Deduction Department, a department which is responsible for obtaining financial data and other documentation for use in paying customer invoices, clearing customer deductions, and tracking all spending on behalf of the clients(s)
Reports to: Department Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for distributing all departmental mail whether electronic or hard copy
- Filing invoices and ads
- Data Entry
- Copying
- Assisting administrative staff as necessary
- Ability to meet attendance standard
- Assisting analysts
- Other duties as assigned
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of the English language
- High School Degree Required
- One to two years of experience in an office environment
