Black Hills Overhead Doors is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help run their front office. As a key employee, you will be operating at the very center. The right candidate will have time management skills, be able to multi-task & quickly transition between customer(s) and team members. A minimum of 2 years office experience is required and starting Salary is DOE.
Job duties include but may not be limited to:
- In/Out-bound calls
- Data Entry
- Receivables (including light reporting)
- Inventory Purchase/Control
- Service & Installation Assignment/Scheduling
- Monthly & Year End Tax Submittal/Preparation
- Email Communications
- Product Knowledge
Software Experience:
- Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks
- Dropbox
