Advantage Asset Management ("AAM") is looking to hire a full-time Property Manager focused mostly on single family home management but also some commercial. The position will be responsible for coordinating maintenance with in-house and third party service techs, processing and enforcing rent, and most importantly, keeping the homeowner informed every step of the way. This is a vital hire for AAM, as this individual will be a key part of the growth and long-term success of the company.

Responsibilities include:
- Talking with homeowner clients and keeping them up to date about work orders on their houses
- Managing work orders and ensuring they're completed in a timely manner
- Developing our vendor list to make sure we have responsive, efficient, and competitively priced vendors
- Working with our in-house maintenance staff on prioritizing and scheduling work orders
- Getting bids on larger renovation projects
- Processing rent payments
- Managing company phone and email inquiries
- Onboard new property owner clients and tenants
- Work on closing leads for new properties
- Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the manager, agent, client or broker
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to talk on the phone with clients often - email alone is not an effective means of customer service
- Skilled at Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other digital form and storage software
- Experience with AppFolio and other property management software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
