Become a key player as a Technical Program Manager:
Frame.io is looking for a technical program manager to join our Engineering Operations team, focused on driving integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud products. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, who will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of technical integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expectations.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to engineering, product management, marketing, engineering program management, and other business operation teams, to define project scope, clearly communicate goals, and develop tracking of ongoing deliverables/initiatives.
- Create and maintain project plans, develop timelines with alignment from product and engineering teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards with QA teams (both within and outside of frame.io ).
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to collaborators, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, flag them to the broader project group, and support in developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
- Work across different organizations within Adobe to aid in achieving project goals.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:-
5+ years of experience leading software development projects at large companies with multiple internal organizations.
- Working on product integrations is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate conversations & meetings with a large group of individuals.
- Ability to present to a large audience comprising of varying levels (ICs, managers, directors, & VPs).
- Strong analytics skills & discernment are important for this role. Risk Management: Ability to assess, communicate, and proactively address project risks.
- Resource Management: Proficiency in handling initiatives across shared resources, identifying constraints, and driving projects to completion.
- Observability & Reporting: Ability to package project plans into easily observable/comprehensible views for collaborators and teams, ensuring visibility and progress tracking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, keeping track of individual work & prioritizing based on individual judgment.
- Ability to work within many different teams at a large organization on different projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working at Adobe is a plus.
- End-to-end, holistic, strategic problem solver.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel & be the point person to answer questions or point people in the right direction.
Pay Range:
$82.00 - $91.50/hour
