Call Center Representative - NEXT TRAINING CLASS 7-24-24
Duties:
*Assist customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available
*Process payments and payoffs
*Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
*Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
*Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
*Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
* Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Minimum of a 4 year degree
