The Executive Operations Fellow will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer supporting a broad scope of initiatives across Zift Solutions and Ativion, two portfolio companies owned by Investcorp’s private equity funds. The Executive Operations Fellow is a high potential role designed for individuals with corporate experience and advanced education, such as an MBA. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing business operations and executing corporate development projects. The role is aimed at developing future leaders for senior executive positions.

Functional Responsibilities: (list top ten primary duties)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO and executive team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of business strategies. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the CEO.

Special Projects: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO. Provide updates and reports on progress.

Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Attend meetings with the CEO and take detailed notes.

Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate company events, executive off-sites, and other functions.

Data Management: Organize and maintain important documents and records. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Master’s program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

3 - 5 years’ experience in a corporate setting

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment

Excellent research and analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
