JOB OVERVIEW:
At the highest level, all employees of Kids SPOT must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and committed to performing their job in an ethical and proper manner. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the organization through communicating with prospective clients, employees and vendors and acting as a liaison between those and Spectrum of Hope staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assisting the organization with daily administrative duties and tasks to ensure smooth operations while maintaining a positive effect and attitude. Provide assistance in various administrative projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate personnel or provide accurate information while representing the organization with a positive affect and attitude
- Complete forms required by the insurance to request assessment/treatment authorizations
- Keep internal trackers updated in daily basis
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Maintain authorizations details as well as other relevant information updated in Central Reach
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and1 year of ABA experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
Experience with ABA and knowledge of CPT codes in relation to ABA
