Position Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Milk and Honey Group’s social media initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the Milk and Honey Group Team to create compelling content, manage social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to optimize our brand awareness, and increase organic social growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create elevated and engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, e-mail newsletter, website, etc
- Create a content calendar & distribution schedule leveraging above platforms to maximize exposure for Milk and Honey Group and deploy content against said calendar
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites to capture content.
Relevant experience:
- Must have experience in graphic design/Canva platform, social media management platforms, Meta ad manager.
- Clear communicator, able to build strong relationships with designers to fully understand the depth of project details (vendors utilized, project location, project name, design details, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in social media management, preferably within the Interior Design industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proven experience of organic growth on social platform for brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a passion for interior design, social media, content creation, digital marketing, and keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and developments.

Pay: $25-29/hour based on experience
