FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The 1st Phorm Territory Sales Manager represents our company and our 12 core values out in the market; they are responsible for building relationships and increasing recognition of the 1st Phorm Brand and our products. They are accountable for generating sales and promotional opportunities.
The position is responsible for product merchandising within our customer’s stores (Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores, Gas Stations, specialty retail, fitness locations, etc.). This person will be building relationships with distribution partners and retail staff, stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking, and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor.
This position interacts with personnel at the store locations. This position can be labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-50 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products.
This role is also expected to attend and facilitate promotional activities with our street and brand team which may require overnight travel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service (e.g., Going the Extra Mile, Building Positive and Fun Relationships, Being Selfless, Taking Initiative, Leading by Example, Loyalty and Being Enthusiastic, etc.)
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with 1st Phorm
- Generate consumer awareness of product and ongoing promotion(s)
- Lead by example and be a positive image of 1st Phorm and its customers
- Report daily activities to Supervisor and utilize CRM
- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
- Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
- Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
- Build meaningful partnerships with customers at the store level through exemplary customer service
- Service accounts during designated times established by management
- Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role)
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Any other activities as assigned by Supervisor
- Flexibility to travel up to 50%
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years outside/B2B sales experience required
- Beverage: 1 year preferred
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Be able to lift 20-50 lbs continuously throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Be courteous, polite, and helpful with a great attitude

JOB LOCATION
- Remote within metro Dallas, TX area
- Required to be on site at 1st Phorm Headquarters in Fenton, MO on a quarterly basis at minimum
