Job Description:
We are seeking one part-time and one full-time Customer Service Representative. Duties include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, in person, and email
- Assisting customers with their orders and/or questions regarding products/equipment
- Maintaining both digital and physical customer and equipment databases
- Processing orders, returns, and rentals
- Conducting quarterly inventory
- Performing various duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Overall computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and proactivity with the ability to adapt to change
