We are currently in search of Septic Driver for our fast-growing wastewater division
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A CDL B Class driver is responsible for transporting different types of equipment, aggregates, or septic wastewater to and from various locations using a straight truck weighing over 26,000lbs.
Required:
· Willingness to travel to Kingsbury job sites throughout the state of VT.
· Perform pre and post trip inspections.
· Unload hauled material from truck.
· Ensure contents of load are properly secured inside or on the truck to prevent breakage or damage.
· Inspect and keep vehicle clean.
· Maintain detailed driver logs and comply with company and all DOT regulations.
· Capability to exert heavy physical effort, handling objects up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb, and crawl.
· Proficiency in correctly rigging and hoisting materials.
· Tolerance for working a physically demanding job
· Capacity to maintain balance.
· Stand or walk for extended periods, even in extreme weather conditions (cold and wet).
· Punctual and reliable attendance in compliance with applicable standards.
· Safely perform essential job functions in accordance with safety standards.
· Clean driving record
Preferred Experience:
· 2 to 5 years of experience as Class B or Class A driver.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Follow specific directions and adapt to changing tasks.
· Work with accuracy and consistency.
· Safely perform tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
· Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Qualifications:
· Class B driving endorsement
· Tanker endorsement
· Possess at least a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
· Ability to follow verbal instructions.
· Physical fitness for strenuous work in varying weather conditions.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
· Dedication, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
· High commitment to quality work and safety.
· Hold an OSHA 10 Certification preferred (employer will provide in first two days of employment)

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
