Our company is a leading retailer of high-quality products and we are currently seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly, helpful service
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Keep the store clean and organized, including stocking shelves and maintaining displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
