What you will do:
The Learning & Development, Project Lead plays a key role at eXp Realty and assists with various projects and initiatives for Business Operations with broad focus on Learning & Development Initiatives. Act as a liaison between Learning & Development and other departments within eXp Realty. The Project Lead is stakeholder-focused with a solid understanding of the desired end goal. This includes developing and delivering comprehensive training and support to new and tenured staff.
Create strategic training resources to support projects which include but is not limited to the introduction of new systems/platforms and ongoing refinements
Interface with key business players by participating in discovery calls
Accountable to project tasks and meeting deadlines
Maintain project documentation and accuracy of training resources
Troubleshoot issues and potential resolutions. Track and elevate roadblocks.
Participate in Project Retrospective meetings
Align consistently with leadership on project updates, blockers and timelines
Collaborate with all divisions of Business Operations, and with other departments, establishing a shared vision and open communication
Provide insight on projects and initiatives happening in other departments so Learning & Development can provide buy in and eliminate duplicate work or efforts
Consult as needed on most effective training outlines and deliverables
Work independently with occasional flexibility in schedule to accommodate project issues/deadlines
Other Accountabilities as Assigned
How you will grab our attention:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
Must have a creative/design background with strong skill set in Canva
Highly collaborative and capable of working with internal partners to facilitate successful results
Ability to maintain confidentiality and the utmost professionalism in every interaction
Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a “can do” attitude
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Confident presentation skills, including hosting live training sessions
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Positive, trustworthy and dependable
Proficiency in Google Suite
Easily adaptable to new technology/systems. Canva, Trello, SkySlope, HubSpot, AI experience is preferred
Ability to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision
