Sales Supervisor
TFO, Inc is a growing global retailer with opportunities for advancement specializing in Fragrances of The World.
We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor with a sales-driven spirit for our location at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team.
Required Skills and Experience
· Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
· Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
· Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations.
· Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
· Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
· Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
· Energizes team to achieve sales results.
Qualifications
· Must possess prior retail and/or management experience.
· Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
· Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
