We are seeking an individual with a proven record of accomplishment for Customer Service and Sales within the service industry. Must have a solid and stable background and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal. Experience in the commercial cleaning (janitorial) industry is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and personable individual who has a desire to work with people and solve problems. This position will require working with a wide range of individuals and personalities including business owners, purchasing managers, facilities managers, property managers, vendors, and cleaning supervisors. The primary focus will be managing janitorial accounts by working with the customers and cleaning supervisors to ensure service quality is being maintained. The position will also include some ongoing sales for customers requiring special services and new sales. With this position comes the opportunity for advancement within the company and opportunities for bonuses.
Requirements:1. A minimum of three years of customer relations experience. Experience in the janitorial industry and a college degree is preferred.2. Excellent writing, verbal communication, follow up and problem solving skills. 3. Prefer some general knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and finishing products and their hazards as well as knowledge of carpet cleaning & resilient floor care. 4. Time management skills and management leadership skills. 5. Excellent phone etiquette 6. Comfortable using MS Windows and MS Office computer applications 7. Good driving record 8. A strong desire to succeed and a strong work ethic. 9. Trustworthy, respectful, responsible, and diligent.10. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
