Bognet Construction is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of commerical building experience. The Project Manager’s role is to manage construction projects while delivering exceptional results for our clients both on time and within budget. The Project Manager should lead by example and personify the Bognet Way.

- Construct a project schedule from start to finish by identifying long lead and specialty materials within the critical path of the project.
- Review drawings, identify scope, and develop the sequence of construction.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the status of every project.
- Work with the Estimator to develop bids and participate in project interviews
- Review subcontractor/vendor proposals, compare proposals, and award projects to the most qualified subcontractors.
- Manage the project budget and overall profit margins. Revises monthly projects – WIP, and responsible for collecting money.
- Prepare for and run weekly progress meeting - identifying important discussion topics and assigning tasks to effectively manage the project.
- Attend industry, social and non-profit events to build relationships and identify new opportunities
- Proactively build and sustain relationships with clients
- Promote safety and ensure that the project adheres to our safety requirements.
- Work with the on-site Superintendent to deliver the highest possible quality and customer satisfaction.
- Successfully complete projects to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a 4 Year Degree from an accredited university within the Engineering, Construction Management or Business concentration.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Mastery of reading construction drawings/specifications.
- Previous Experience in a Project Management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business acumen with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and objectivity in difficult situations and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate and foster relationships with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and Procore.
