The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at promoting the company's projects. This role involves assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
2. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer, and location demographics to help inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
4. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company's social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, as needed, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to be nimble and effective on multiple projects simultaneously as responsibilities may vary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
