Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Store Manager to lead our team across four locations in Hawaii. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment conducive to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of four stores located in Hawaii, including Mrs. Fields and Sbarro outlets.
- Lead and motivate store managers and staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to implement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of food retail industry trends, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations in Hawaii as required.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
