· Serve and work as Customer’s first line of communication.
· Enter Load Tender as an order entry. Include rate entry, and upfront accessorial charges.
· Maintain good phone etiquette with customers.
· Set up appointments for deliveries and pickup’s regarding freight.
· Manage and input service failures into system.
· Maintaining customer profiles
· Responsible for monitoring and tracing loads so that follow up can be made to Customers regarding pickups and or deliveries
· Update Customer’s in a timely and proactive manner. Update Spreadsheets, customer websites, emails, regarding all loads or issues.
· Anticipate and facilitated problem resolution on all load issues to meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction.
· Refer Customers to proper departments if/when necessary ( i.e. billing, claims, etc.)
· Maintain knowledge of customer contractual requirements relative to trailer pools in order to gain optimum utilization of company equipment.
· Create monthly reports regarding on time delivery for customers as well as participate on any service oriented conference calls.
· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company and customer requirements.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
