Senior IT Services Technician
We are staffing for a Sr. IT Services Technician, to be based in the Palo Alto office of an exceptional global law firm. Requires law firm background and stable work history. This person will be the sole Tech onsite. The role is over 90% desktop/hardware support and 5 days in office (8:30am – 5pm M-F). Responsible for leading local IT operations and providing local technical knowledge, troubleshooting, and systems support. Need solid technical experience with end-user technology appliances along with the applications and services that run on them, office devices and endpoints, and conferencing capabilities.
College degree is strongly preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Appropriate technical certification(s) are preferred (e.g., MCSE, Cisco CCNA). 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm setting, a comparable professional services organization, or a legal information services provider. Proven experience with common Operating Systems and software.
