Media Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Media Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves working with consumer-made videos and video calls. The ideal candidate is flexible, a self-starter, and proficient in all Microsoft products, especially Excel.
What You’ll Do
· Facilitate, monitor and support video calls, ensuring all technical aspects are running smoothly.
· Review, organize, and manage a high volume of consumer-made videos.
· Provide technical support for video-related issues, ensuring quality resolution and minimal disruption.
· Use software to generate transcripts for videos.
· Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain organized databases for tracking video content and user interactions.
· Generate reports and summaries to highlight trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
· Provide exceptional customer service to users, addressing their concerns and questions professionally and promptly via email, chat, and video calls.
· Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive support across all user interactions.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance user satisfaction.
· Stay up to date on the latest video technologies and support best practices.
· Other duties as assigned.
What You Need For Success
· Proven experience in a support role, preferably involving video content and video calls.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Technical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
· Experience with video editing software preferred.
· Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., WebX, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) preferred.
· Basic understanding of video formats and codecs preferred.

Other Information:
This is a full-time position to be based in our suburban Cincinnati (Blue Ash) office. This position may require flexible working hours, occasionally evenings and weekends, to accommodate user needs.
