Outpatient Primary Care Pediatrics office with locations in Warrenton and Gainesville, Virginia, is hiring a full-time call center/front desk representative to welcome and greet patients in the office and by telephone. In addition, they will handle incoming telephone calls from patients, make appointments, and answer general questions and inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to all patients and their caregivers
Responsible for providing friendly, professional, and efficient telephone communication
Accurate registration and verification of demographic information
Identify accepted insurance plans
Schedule patient office visit appointments
Communicate patient messages to the clinical team through EHR and Teams.
Requirements:
A High School diploma required
Minimum 1-year medical office experience preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English
Prior experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR)
Proficient with computer hardware and software applications (i.e., PC, fax, scanner, Windows 10, Office 2013 or newer)
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must
Call center /scheduling experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time M-F & 1/2 day Saturday once a month
