Job Summary:

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technical sales or grocery store operations is advantageous
