Job Overview:
Content Factory, a dynamic content creation agency specializing in short-form video content for diverse media platforms, is seeking a talented and professional Videographer.
This position is initially a contractor role with the potential to transition into a full-time position. In this key role, you'll capture high-quality video content, meticulously maintain our equipment, expertly manage our project boards, and collaborate with editors and animators to ensure that client videos are polished and align with brand standards.
Your creativity, technical skill, and professionalism will significantly enhance our brand's visual storytelling.
Must Live in Austin, Texas
Reports directly to: CEO
Roles, Responsibilities, and ExpectationsShooting Videos with Clients
- Collaborate with clients to capture and create compelling video content.
- Expectations: Deliver exceptional quality videos that meet client specifications and brand standards, achieve high satisfaction ratings, and ensure timely execution.
Organizing Project Management Board
- Maintain and update project statuses, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
- Expectations: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of video projects, with prompt updates and weekly reviews to ensure continuous accuracy.
Upkeeping Equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and readiness of all video and audio equipment.
- Expectations: Perform regular checks and upkeep of equipment, stay informed about the latest technology, and promptly address any issues.
Collaboration with Editors and Animators
- Work closely with editors and animators to ensure videos are edited, animated, and finalized according to client specifications and brand identity.
- Expectations: Ensure that videos are uploaded, edited, and delivered on time, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Being Professional on Shoot
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism during all video shoots, balancing punctuality, effective communication, and creative expression.
- Expectations: Maintain consistent professional conduct and receive positive feedback on professionalism.

Additional Requirements

- Should have a solid background in both audio and video setups.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly valuable in engaging and expanding client relationships.
