What’s the position?
The Sportsbook Operations Team Lead plays a pivotal role in managing the front line of all technical, procedural, and trading matters affecting the sportsbook operations. This individual will serve as an expert in operational tasks, driving continuous improvement within the team, and ensuring operational excellence at all times.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinate, instruct, and challenge teams to address and resolve issues that could lead to a negative customer experience.

Lead the management of major incidents from an operational perspective, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes and procedures by the team.

Provide regular reports to leadership on team performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

Identify and implement new processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sportsbook Operations team, striving for best-in-class performance

Develop and settle betting markets in accordance with established guidelines and regulations

Compile detailed reports on issues impacting the customer experience, analyzing root causes and recommending solutions.

Collaborate with Sportsbook Regulatory, Audit, and Integrity Manager to compile regulatory reports

Stay updated on the latest compliance regulations and industry trends, serving as an expert resource within the team.

Support the professional growth and development of Sportsbook Operations Associates through training, mentorship, and coaching.
