This position is responsible for troubleshooting problems with company vehicles, completing standard maintenance and repairs, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of vehicle mechanics and experience working in a fast-paced automotive repair facility. Previous experience in applying workplace safety procedures and using diagnostic equipment is necessary for success in this position. Responsibilities: * Diagnose the nature of a mechanical problem from a customer's description. * Perform routine maintenance on engines and vehicles. * Perform as needed under the supervision of a mechanic. * Use hand and power tools to perform repairs on vehicles. * Replace faulty parts with new ones. * Use hand tools to remove and install vehicle parts. * Refill fluids and change oil to keep engines running smoothly.
