**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings. **Responsibilities:** - Implement individualized therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives - Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide feedback and support - Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors - Participate in team meetings and training sessions **Qualifications:** - Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles - Ability to collect and analyze data effectively - Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records - Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with behavioral health needs - Understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes - Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people with autism This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
