About the Role: The Estimator role is responsible for developing beneficial relationships with customers and vendors while providing accurate and appropriate estimates to secure recurring sales. Among the responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:
- Opportunity Development: Help manage the customer relationship based on project direction, including review of bid invites, dissecting specifications, reading architectural drawings, performing material take-offs, creating estimates and composing proposals.
- Portfolio Expansion: For existing customers, you will work to expand the sales of additional deliverables.
- Physical Demands: Ability to communicate orally and in writing; periods of sitting, standing and/or walking.
- About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Ability to read Blueprints, Shop drawings, and Specifications.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of Estimating Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Bluebeam Revu.
- Construction Experience.
